PCWASA recognizes Lynda Youngblood for 24 years of service

Apr 11, 2011 by Dr. Chris Wood

During the April meeting of the PCWASA, the Board of Directors and Management took time out for special recognition of a special public servant. Lynda Youngblood, the recently retired Recording Secretary for the PCWASA, received a special gift for her 24 years of service to the Authority.

As the PCWASA Recording Secretary, Lynda was responsible for taking minutes of all Authority meetings, typing them up, making sure they were approved, and maintaining an accessible archive of all meeting minutes and official correspondence.

“As Recording Secretary, Lynda probably has as much institutional knowledge of this Authority as anyone,” says Stephen Hogan, PCWASA General Manager. “She was dedicated in her work and adhered to the highest professional standards. Her service and presence at our meetings will be sorely missed.”

However, the Recording Secretary’s position is in good hands, says Hogan, as Kathleen Bosell takes over this critical role for the PCWASA Board of Directors.
