Management of the Authority’s organization consists of the three main divisions — Operations, Collections/Conveyance, and Support Services.
The Operations Division manages the wastewater treatment process at the two wastewater treatment plants. The Collections/Conveyance Division manages the utility’s sewer lines and pump stations that convey wastewater to the treatment plants. The Support Services Division oversees a number of additional services provided for Authority customers, including:
- Sewer System Standards and Specifications
- Plan Reviews
- Economic Development Projects
- Permits and Inspections
- FOG Program (fats, oils, and grease)
- Utility Location Services
- Infrastructure GIS/Mapping
